Our goal is to build a harmonious Punjab where diversity is celebrated and every citizen has equal access to opportunities, justice, and development.

Under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Rashna Shahzadi, the organization is actively working to transform this vision into reality. With a people-first approach, she continues to lead initiatives that promote interfaith harmony, social inclusion, and empowerment of minority communities across Punjab.

Guided by the leadership and vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and under the direction of Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora (MINISTER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND MINORITY AFFAIRS), Punjab Minority Wing ensures that its efforts align with the broader mission of the Government of Punjab to protect minority rights and strengthen unity among all communities.

During times of crisis, especially during flood situations, Punjab Minority Wing played a vital role in providing relief, support, and assistance to affected communities. Under the leadership of Rashna Shahzadi, countless families were helped through coordinated relief efforts, distribution of essential supplies, and on-ground support, demonstrating a true commitment to humanity.
